Concrete in Central Oregon is put through a freeze-thaw cycle every year that can do significant damage. If the damage is bad enough you may need to resurface your concrete.

All concrete in Central Oregon should be sealed. Concrete is porous and needs protection from moisture penetration and the freeze-thaw cycle. We highly recommend sealing all concrete every 2-4 years.

Cracks in your concrete are unsightly for sure, but they can also be causing bigger problems as water fills them up and then freezes. As it freezes it expands and makes the crack even wider or causes additional cracking.
